On September 2nd, Ella turned fifteen, and it was a day to remember. She spent quality time with her family. The celebration continued the next day with all the girls from New Portena, sharing a delightful cake. After an entire week of settling into their new school routines at the New Portena boarding house, the girls decided to make the most of their first free Saturday afternoon. Their plan? A day trip to the enchanting city of Geneva. The girls of New Portena got their first taste of local food at the Swiss Welcome Dinner!

Collège du Léman offers a well-rounded experience for the students, providing both academic engagement during the weekdays and a variety of activities over the weekends to foster personal growth and enjoyment. This approach can help students develop skills beyond the classroom and create a balanced learning environment.

This weekend our students enjoyed different activities like horse riding, cooking, tennis and some of them also went to aquapark.

This week the girls didn’t discover only the campus but also the very tasty Favarger chocolate.

We are excited to have again with us some of the students who have been in New Portena in the last years and we are looking forward to welcoming all the other returning students.
