Hockey Match In Geneva

Yesterday evening, Kristian and Adam went to Servette Stadium to watch the match against Zug. Both teams play in the Swiss National Hockey League. With a tied score until the last minute, the victory went to the away team (2-3), lifting Zug in the general qualification. Although our boys had so much fun, and Kristian was thrilled with the atmosphere.

They will definitely come back to the stadium!!

Chocolate Factory Trip

On Sunday, the boys took a trip to the “Maison Cailler Museum” in Broc. During their visit, they learnt about how the Swiss chocolate was made, before being manufactured for sale around the world. At the end of the visit, they were greeted by a buffet of chocolate, where they were able to tasted the various typed of Cailler chocolate.

November Rain

The first weekend after the holidays have begun in Concha!
While we have a rainy week, the boys are having a relaxed time in the house and around campus. Chill and cozy vibes all around.

Soups, teas, warm and hot liquids to combat the cold!

The weather might be cold outside but in here it’s always cozy and warm. No need to ditch the sport shorts just yet! (also checking the weather periodically)

Chocolate-chip cookies are always welcome!

Here you are, take a bite!

Wednesday Assembly & Joint-House Meeting

Dear all,

Today we had our monthly Boarding Assembly and the boys kitted out in professional fashion to mark the occasion.

As well, Concha was joined by their Annex neighbours today, for a joint-house meeting, which resulted in only a little bit of chaos – but nothing like a bit of chaos to make things interesting!

Witch Way To The Candy? Happy Halloween!

Dear all,

The Concha Family had a fantastic Halloween today. The campus got thoroughly into the spooky spirit of the day and made the most of it! The boys got involved in decorating the house, dressing up themselves, and exploring the other boarding house for some classic – if at times scary – trick or treating!

A big shout-out to Martin and Regina – two of the prefects here at the school – for their help in setting up the house and getting it ready!

Happy Halloween!

The Concha Team

Beware, lest you open these doomed doors!

Please! Do enter! If you dare…

Our very own Firdavs ghoulishly ready for some trick-or-treating!

Huge thanks to Regina and Martin for their brilliant help!

Even the Leman dining hall got a spooktacular transformation!

Halloween Team Building

Each year, the boarding community organizes a pumpkin competition for Halloween.

This year, we were inspired by the Pixar movie “Coco” and opted for a 100% Mexican design.  After carving the pumpkin, the boys painted and decorated it. To add a touch of innovation, we installed pumpkin-style lights, a vlogging light, and a small speaker hidden in the hat that plays Halloween music.

Wish us good luck as this year the competition is though.
