Building Healthy Relationships Starts Within

This month, we鈥檙e focusing on our third Wellbeing Pillar: helping students understand that healthy relationships begin within. Before they can build strong, positive connections with others, they first need to develop a strong, positive relationship with themselves.

Through self-awareness, students learn to understand their emotions, values, and boundaries. Through self-acceptance, they learn to embrace who they are鈥攆laws and all. These two qualities are the foundation for meaningful, authentic relationships with others.

To bring this pillar to life, we invite you to watch this short intro video created by Etoile and Marcela. It鈥檚 a wonderful way to understand how we鈥檙e guiding your child toward self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Today鈥檚 session ended with a fun and meaningful activity: the Self-Acceptance Ball Toss. The girls shared things they appreciate about themselves, reinforcing the importance of self-love and confidence in a lighthearted, engaging way.

The takeaway? Positive relationships start with self-awareness and self-acceptance. By nurturing these qualities, students can build connections that are rooted in respect, understanding, and authenticity.

Slopes, Skates, and Winter Escapes 鉀凤笍鉀革笍 鉂勶笍

This weekend, the senior boarders traded books for snow gear and headed off to Crans-Montana for an unforgettable ski weekend. It was the perfect escape to embrace winter and make memories together.

Emma, Etoile, Marcela, and Valentina spent the weekend flying down the ski slopes, soaking in the views and the thrill of the ride. There were plenty of laughs, a few tumbles, and that unbeatable feeling of conquering a tough run.

Meanwhile, Sofiia, Sofja, Anna, and Marina opted for a different kind of winter fun. They spent their time gliding gracefully (and sometimes not-so-gracefully!) across the ice rink. Their laughter and attempts at synchronized skating added an extra layer of joy to the weekend.

It was a weekend full of fresh air, good vibes, and moments we鈥檒l all be talking about for a while. Winter really does bring the best kind of adventures!

Bon App茅tit: A Taste of France in Our First House Dinner!

This evening, we came together for our first house dinner of the semester, and it was a celebration of French cuisine! The menu featured the classic Croque Monsieur with crispy wedges, followed by indulgent 茅clairs for dessert. It was a wonderful way to embrace French culture while enjoying delicious food and great company. The girls thoroughly enjoyed the meal, making it a warm and memorable start to our shared dinners this semester. Moments like these truly strengthen the bonds within our house!
