A Glimpse into the World of Active, Ambitious Girls

Life in a girls’ boarding house is anything but dull. Every day brings a mix of energy, focus, and camaraderie. From early morning workouts to late-night study sessions, these young women juggle academics, fitness, and friendships with impressive grace.

Ther was time during this weekend for everything, all of the girls quite focused on studying, but also time to play some tennis, do som stretching or bodyshapping.

As exam season approaches, the mood shifts. The library becomes the heartbeat of the boarding house. Students gather around tables, notes spread wide, highlighters in hand, supporting one another through the pressure of revision. Quiet determination fills the room, mixed with whispered encouragement and shared snacks.

Together, these girls are building more than just good grades—they’re building resilience, independence, and lifelong friendships.

An active weekend

This weekend, our girls made the most of their time off with different activities that not only challenged them physically but also helped them unwind and recharge for the upcoming week.

First up, Marina was all about body shaping. She dedicated her Saturday to a full-body workout session with a mix of strength training and cardio. She made it a point to challenge herself with some new exercises. It was a great way for her to release stress and feel empowered, and she’s excited to continue with her fitness journey.

Sofiia, on the other hand, found her active moment at the tennis courts. She relished the chance to improve her serve and footwork while enjoying some healthy competition. It’s not just about the sport for Sofiia; it’s also about the laughter and camaraderie that comes with it.

Lastly, Anna set out on a solo running adventure early Sunday morning. She loves the freedom running offers, and this weekend she pushed herself to complete a new personal best on her usual route. Running gives her a sense of clarity and peace, and she often uses this time to clear her mind or listen to her favorite podcasts. The fresh air and calm atmosphere made for the perfect way to start the day.

Whether it’s shaping up, hitting the tennis court, or running solo, each of the girls embraced their individual activities, making the most of the weekend to stay fit, have fun, and foster a sense of personal achievement.

Marina’s Iceland Adventure: A Journey of Discovery and Fun

Marina, our curious and adventurous student, recently had the opportunity to join the school trip to Iceland, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. From the moment she set foot on this stunning island, Marina was captivated by its breathtaking landscapes.

Her trip included visits to some of Iceland’s most iconic spots – towering waterfalls, geothermal hot springs, and the ethereal black sand beaches. Marina couldn’t stop marveling at the beauty of the Golden Circle, where she saw the impressive waterfalls and the geothermal wonders of Geysir.

For Marina, the Iceland school trip was more than just a break from studies – it was a chance to bond with her classmates, learn about Iceland’s unique culture and nature, and create memories she’ll cherish forever. It was an adventure that sparked her love for travel and discovery.

Lots of Love,

A Heartfelt Valentine’s Day Celebration at the Boarding House:

This past Friday night, Louis Yung 7 was filled with an energy that was as warm as the oven baking our sweet treats—because we were celebrating Valentine’s day, not with romantic love, but with the kind of friendship and sisterhood that makes your heart feel full and your smile wide. If you’re looking for a unique way to celebrate love, it’s hard to beat the fun and meaningful experience of spending the evening with your closest friends, creating memories together. Here’s a peek into how we made this San Valentín a night to remember.

The evening began with the girls taking charge in the kitchen, preparing a delicious homemade dinner for everyone.

By the end of the night, our hearts were full.  Everyone enjoyed the evening, and it was a night to remember!

Lots of Love,

Aida & Yewande

A weekend full of good energy

Our weekends are always full of energy and excitement. Whether it’s school events, fun activities, or spontaneous adventures, there’s never a dull moment.

This weekend, CDL hosted a Basketball Tournament, and Vale didn’t want to miss the opportunity to help organize it and ensure it was a fun event. She was in charge of the music, and she has been very proactive in helping. Well done, Vale!

The girls also had the opportunity to join the first ski day, and Marce and Etoile had a super fun day in the snow, race included. Despite an early wake-up to get to the mountains, it was really worth it, and they came back with a smile.

Emma, Sofiia, Sonja, and Marina didn’t miss the opportunity to join our activities on campus, Tennis, Stretching and Bodyshapping. While others, like Marusya and Anna, have been more focused on studying. It’s been a great weekend, and we are ready for a new week full of energy.

Lots of love,

Aida & Yewande

Gingerbread House Competition

We presented today our most precious weekend treasure, the girls participated in a festive gingerbread house competition. Armed with icing, candy, and plenty of enthusiasm, they set to work crafting their edible masterpieces.

It wasn’t all smooth sailing—getting the walls to stick together proved trickier than expected, with a few wobbly moments and plenty of sticky fingers. But with teamwork, patience, and a sprinkle of creativity, the girls overcame the challenges and proudly brought their gingerbread house to life.

The end result was a delightful display of holiday spirit and collaboration, proving once again that a little persistence can lead to something truly sweet. Bravo to all the participants! 🎄🍬

A Weekend Well-Spent at the Boarding House

Weekends at the boarding house are always a delightful mix of activity and relaxation, and this one was no exception. We ended the week enjoying an amazing Greek dinner at home all together, we always love this time when we have the chance to share about how our week has been and share some laughs.

For the weekend Emma and Valentina had fun at the tennis session, enjoying some friendly matches. For those looking to tone and strengthen, the body-shaping and stretching classes offered an energizing way to start the day, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and accomplished, Marina and Sofja know well about it.

Anna and Sofiia enjoyed learning a new delicious recipe of chicken that hopefully they will cook soon for us.

This perfect blend of active pursuits and communal moments is what makes weekends in the boarding house so special—a chance to unwind, bond, and share in the joys of living and growing together.
