At Collège du Léman’s recent Second Boarding Assembly, our New Portena Family members, Bice, Hanna, and Sayuri, shared their heartwarming project: the “Gift Box Appeal.” This annual fundraiser aims to provide Christmas boxes to those in need.

The Gift Box Appeal embodies our community’s spirit of compassion and giving. It’s a simple yet impactful initiative where we collect and distribute Christmas boxes filled with gifts, spreading holiday joy to those less fortunate. It reminds us of the importance of giving back, nurturing empathy and generosity in our students. It showcases our diverse community’s unity and collective power for positive change.

New Portena embraces Nord Anglia’s global challenge! Our mission: walk the distance between all Nord Anglia schools worldwide. As part of Collège du Leman, we kick-started this journey with an evening stroll after our weekly house assembly. Here’s the quick rundown.

Our diverse group of girls from around the world unites for this global challenge, promoting fitness and unity.

We are so happy to watch Aliki attending her first aerial silk lesson and feeling so comfortable in doing it. This can be a great sign that she might enjoy and excel in aerial silk, an activity which can be both physically challenging and artistically rewarding, so it’s wonderful that Aliki is off to a positive start.

Saturday and Sunday are the perfect days for students to refuel their soul and to be grateful for each and every one of their blessings.
During this weekend New Portena girls chose different activities: climbing, rafting, chess club, stretching and relaxation. Jane also helped in the community service.

Yesterday evening there was also someone who surprised New Portena family: Hanna and Miss Fana made a very tasty banana cake which was a delight for the palate of everyone. 😍
