Making our own food

Not too long ago, the girls planted seeds to grow a variety of vegetables and to learn how to care for their environment. Today they picked huge radishes and made radish soup! For their dessert they picked tiny, super-sweet Alpine strawberries!

They have learnt how to grow their own food to eat healthily and the value of patience and responsibility. Above all, they have enjoyed spending time together, laughing and relaxing, while digging and planting under the summer sun.
