Engaging in a series of daily challenges, these young athletes have showcased their skills and pushed their limits. Hula Hoop Waist Challenge: Aleksei and Ilya kicked off the week with a fun-filled Hula Hoop challenge. Displaying their agility and coordination, the duo impressed everyone with their hula-hooping skills. The challenge tested their ability to keep the hoop spinning around their waists, showcasing their determination and control.
Sit-Ups Challenge: Jinwoo, with sheer determination and strength, set an impressive record in the Sit-Ups Challenge. Within just one minute, he managed to complete an astonishing 56 sit-ups, demonstrating his exceptional core strength and endurance.
Volleyball Passes Challenge: Adi teamed up with Mr David for the Volleyball Passes Challenge. Together, they successfully executed an incredible 26 consecutive passes. Their teamwork and precision were on full display, making them a formidable duo in the challenge.
Wall Sit-Up Challenge: The Wall Sit-Up Challenge witnessed an incredible display of perseverance and endurance. Nikolai held on for an astounding 5 minutes and 35 seconds, showcasing his unwavering strength. Lael surpassed expectations with an astonishing 7-minute wall sit, exhibiting remarkable stamina. However, it was Navidreza who emerged victorious, setting a new record of 10 minutes and 57 seconds, leaving everyone in awe of his incredible mental and physical fortitude.
Tennis Rallies Challenge: Murat and Nikolai showcased their tennis prowess in the Rallies Challenge. Murat displayed outstanding agility and precision, completing an impressive 106 rallies. However, it was Nikolai who stole the show with an exceptional record of 216 rallies, exhibiting exceptional hand-eye coordination and endurance.
Cycling Distance Challenge: In the final challenge of the week, Murat took on the Cycling Distance Challenge. Pedalling with determination and speed, Murat covered an impressive distance of 8.04 kilometres, showcasing his endurance and cardiovascular fitness.
