Halloween Team Building

Each year, the boarding community organizes a pumpkin competition for Halloween.

This year, we were inspired by the Pixar movie “Coco” and opted for a 100% Mexican design.  After carving the pumpkin, the boys painted and decorated it. To add a touch of innovation, we installed pumpkin-style lights, a vlogging light, and a small speaker hidden in the hat that plays Halloween music.

Wish us good luck as this year the competition is though.

Game On!

Dear Concha Community,

This evening, the Concha boys revisited their rivals, the Villa du Lac girls, on the court – for another exciting game of basketball.

The match was a blast and the boys came back pumped up, delighted in the fun of the game.

One day we’ll get a nice photo of all the boys smiling… one day…

Andrew didn’t need anyone to get a seat ready for him at dinner – especially not when he came rocking in with one himself, made by his own hands in Woodcrafting.

When asked to comment on why he wandered into dinner with a wooden stool, he summed it up nicely, with an energeitc ‘OK LA’.
