Last weekend, the majority of our boys went to Europa Park for the weekend while the rest enjoyed a quiet weekend at CDL. Lots of smiles from the weekend!

An apple, almond and cinnamon cake, inspired by a German recipe and created by Masafumi and Bisher, with a little help from Mr James, Charlie and Eugenio.

We asked our boys in Concha if they would like to have a photo competition, photography is an art but at the same time a valuable element to keep beautiful memories.

This weekend, the Concha boys contributed to the donations and wrapping for the annual Gift Box Appeal. The gifts will go to children less fortunate than themselves so that they can receive something special over the festive period.

The boys were on trips on Saturday and Sunday.

On Saturday we went to Interlaken, a beautiful valley between the mountains and a lake. After a tour at the old town and the small market, the boys decided to play some football in the park and we watched paragliders descending from the mountains.

On Sunday we went to Montreux and visited the popular Christmas Market. The boys had a lot of fun and checked out the numerous entertaining and fun offerings at the stalls.

Interlaken, beautiful as ever

This evening, the FIFA World Cup 2022 will start. The event is being held in Qatar.

Throughout the tournament, we will be enjoying the matches in Concha on our television in the common room.

The trophies have arrived! And we are ready to get our hands on all of them.

Right now, in the hall of Leman, they are on display, shining and attracting the attention of all boarders, is the big cup of the House competition, and many more trophies: Charity, Activities, Community Services, Talent show, and many more!
