Its Master chef time again………

Vlad and Casper were representing for the Front of house Staff, and a very good job they did to.

 

The Judges were ready for a full days of tasting

 

Chenyang was Head Chef for the event, producing a beautiful Chicken wings in a Garlic and ginger sauce reduction. It really was Mouth watering

Community Service and Master Chef prep.

More images from the weekend at Champ de Bois and Louis Dégallier.

Anjie colaborated with the students of Champ de Bois and their community service project. Their initiative is to litter pick the paths and other public areas of our beautiful community of Versoix.

Anjie also spend some time with the younger students of the boarding at Champ de Bois.

In the other side of Versoix this group of young guys gathered at the kitchen of Louis Dégallier to prepare and share different dishes. Students already put together some ideas for the up coming Master Chef competition.

Its all for charity!!!!

Henrique had the fantastic idea of organising a charity football match to raise Money for the Tomas Costa project……. and what a great job he did to, raising over 400chf. Well done Henrique, such am amazing idea, you have helped not just Tomas but hundreds of other children.
