Wellbeing Week 5. Time Management

This week in our Wellbeing session the girls had the chance to break down their day and really look at how they spend their time.

 

 

 

We have suggested 7 time management tips for them :
1. Eliminate distractions
2. Be focused at the task at hand
3. Use a calendar
4. Use a checklist
5. Get organised
6. Schedule rewards
7. Get a good night’s sleep
