Well-Being Pillar 3. Understanding My Impact on Others

As we conclude our third pillar of well-being, we explore a fundamental yet powerful concept: the way we treat ourselves shapes how we treat others. The relationship we have with ourselves serves as the foundation for all the connections we build. The way we treat ourselves—our self-talk, self-care, and self-respect—directly impacts how we interact with others.
We watched an insightful video featuring an interview in which one of our students spoke with her peers and her house tutor, sparking meaningful discussions on self-awareness and self-care.

A weekend of Fun and Celebration

This past weekend at Collège du Léman was filled with adventure and excitement for the Louis Degallier 60 boarders. The students had the chance to challenge themselves with thrilling activities such as Climbing, Skiing, Handball or Fitness, which not only allowed them to push their limits but also to bond with friends in a fun and supportive environment. Whether scaling walls or skiing down the slopes, the boarders embraced every moment with enthusiasm, making memories they’ll cherish. The weekend was a perfect blend of physical challenges and shared experiences, reinforcing the sense of community among the students.

To cap off the exciting weekend, a delightful Sunday brunch was organised, where everyone gathered to enjoy delicious food and relax in great company. The atmosphere was full of joy, laughter, and celebration. This weekend was also a moment to recognise the hard work and dedication of the new admissions into the college, marking a significant milestone in their academic journeys. The event was a true celebration of growth, achievement, and camaraderie, leaving all the boarders with a sense of pride and anticipation for the rest of the school year.
