The Concha Family had a fantastic Halloween today. The campus got thoroughly into the spooky spirit of the day and made the most of it! The boys got involved in decorating the house, dressing up themselves, and exploring the other boarding house for some classic – if at times scary – trick or treating!
A big shout-out to Martin and Regina – two of the prefects here at the school – for their help in setting up the house and getting it ready!

Each year, the boarding community organizes a pumpkin competition for Halloween.
This year, we were inspired by the Pixar movie “Coco” and opted for a 100% Mexican design. After carving the pumpkin, the boys painted and decorated it. To add a touch of innovation, we installed pumpkin-style lights, a vlogging light, and a small speaker hidden in the hat that plays Halloween music.
Wish us good luck as this year the competition is though.

During the October break, Ariel found himself roaming around Athens with his brother Lael.

The whole Concha family got together to have dinner at home this evening, with good food and fair weather – what could be better!

This evening, the Concha boys revisited their rivals, the Villa du Lac girls, on the court – for another exciting game of basketball.
The match was a blast and the boys came back pumped up, delighted in the fun of the game.
One day we’ll get a nice photo of all the boys smiling… one day…

Andrew didn’t need anyone to get a seat ready for him at dinner – especially not when he came rocking in with one himself, made by his own hands in Woodcrafting.
When asked to comment on why he wandered into dinner with a wooden stool, he summed it up nicely, with an energeitc ‘OK LA’.
Just avant le diner, les étudiants de Concha Annexe se sont amusées avec le drone, ils ont même essaye d’écrire “CONCHA” avec leurs corps.
Just before dinner, the Concha Annexe students had fun with a drone, they even tried to write “CONCHA” with their bodies.
