This past Wednesday, our dining hall was filled with the lively spirit of Colombia during our International Dinner. It was a wonderful chance to immerse ourselves in Colombian culture, known for its warmth, rich traditions, and colorful history. Colombia’s diverse landscapes, from the Andes mountains to the Caribbean coast, influence its food, music, and way of life, making the country’s culture both unique and vibrant.

The evening was not just about the meal, but about celebrating the essence of Colombia. The flavors, the music, and the energy all helped bring a piece of the country to our dining hall. It was a great reminder of the beauty of cultural exchange and the connections we can make through shared experiences, no matter where we’re from. We left the dinner with full bellies and a deeper appreciation for Colombia’s rich heritage.
