A Nutritious and Delicious Dinner: Chicken, Rice, and Veggies

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

Tonight’s dinner was both tasty and healthy! We had tender chicken served with fluffy rice and a variety of fresh vegetables. This meal was well-balanced, offering a good mix of protein, carbs, and vitamins, making it both filling and nutritious. It was the perfect way to enjoy a satisfying meal without feeling too heavy.

As always, our salad buffet was available to add something fresh to the meal. With a wide range of greens, toppings, and dressings, it’s the perfect way to add extra nutrients to your plate. Whether you like a simple salad or one packed with everything, there’s something for everyone.

Tonight’s meal was a great reminder of how good and healthy our dinners can be. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
