Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,
Last night, our dining hall hosted a special International Dinner featuring the flavors of Iran. The menu included tahchin, a crispy saffron rice cake, lamb shank slow-cooked with aromatic spices, and choelazard, a delicious Persian dessert. The rich flavors and warm spices made for an unforgettable meal.
What made the night even more special was the return of a former student who left three years ago. They joined the kitchen team to help prepare the dishes, bringing their passion for Iranian cuisine to our school once again. It was a wonderful evening filled with great food, culture, and connection. We can’t wait for the next International Dinner!
