Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

This week, our International Dinner invited us on a flavorful journey to Morocco! The dining hall was filled with warm aromas and a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect midweek escape through food and culture.

We enjoyed a traditional Moroccan chicken dish with prunes, rich, slightly sweet, and full of comforting spices, served alongside typical Moroccan bread, perfect for sharing and dipping. A selection of vegetables completed the meal, adding color and balance to the table. The highlight for many was the Moroccan tea, fragrant and refreshing, followed by a delicious dessert that ended the evening on a sweet note.

As always, these international dinners are a wonderful opportunity to discover new traditions and enjoy time together as a community. We’re already looking forward to our next culinary destination!
