International Night: Greece Edition

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

Last night, our dining hall transformed into a Mediterranean feast as we celebrated Greece for this week’s International Dinner! Every Wednesday, we take a culinary journey around the world, and this time, the flavors of Greece brought a fresh and delicious experience to our community.

We started with a refreshing appetizer of tzatziki—a creamy, garlicky yogurt dip—served with crisp, colorful raw vegetables. For the main course, we enjoyed chicken souvlaki, marinated to perfection and grilled to a golden brown, served with warm, fluffy pita bread. To finish the meal on a sweet note, we had Greek yogurt drizzled with honey and fresh fruit, a simple yet delightful dessert that perfectly captured the balance of tangy and sweet.

These international dinners are always a highlight of the week, bringing us together to explore new tastes and traditions. We can’t wait for next Wednesday!
