Our last Monday’s dinner before October break!

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

Meals at this boarding school are more than just food. With today being the last Monday before the October break holidays, there was an extra buzz of excitement in the room. Many residents shared their plans for the break, reminiscing about past adventures while enjoying their meals.

Today we enjoyed a nice fish complementing the golden, crispy potatoes. Our chef made sure to include seasonal vegetables, providing a pop of color and nutrients that made the plate not just delicious but also nourishing.

Sunday Brunch

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

This Sunday, we gathered for a delightful brunch that brought everyone together in the heart of our boarding school. It was a perfect way to relax and recharge before the new week ahead!

It was a great opportunity for everyone to catch up and share stories from the week. Whether it was discussing weekend adventures or upcoming plans, the lively conversations created a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

We also had plenty of healthy options, including fresh fruit and yogurt. Balancing indulgence with nutrition was key, and many girls loved mixing and matching their plates. And of course, we couldn’t resist sneaking in a few pastries for good measure! Please see this videos pictures below.

Spanish night!💃

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

Last Wednesday we had a special Spanish-themed dinner at school. The evening was filled with delicious food, lively music, and a great sense of community.

The menu featured some traditional Spanish dishes that we all enjoyed. There was paella, a flavorful rice dish packed with vegetables and seafood, which quickly became the highlight of the meal. We also had patatas bravas, potatoes served with a spicy tomato sauce that added a nice kick. Alongside this, we had pan con tomate, a simple but delicious dish of toasted bread topped with fresh tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic. To balance it all, there was a refreshing salad that added a light touch to the meal.

After the savory dishes, we indulged in a sweet treat: crema catalana. It’s a creamy dessert similar to crème brûlée, with a smooth custard base and a perfectly caramelized sugar topping. It was the perfect way to end the meal on a sweet note!

As we ate, we listened to Spanish music, which created a lively and fun atmosphere. The music really brought the whole experience together, giving us a taste of Spain’s rich culture.

Overall, the Spanish dinner was a wonderful time to share great food with friends while learning more about Spanish cuisine and culture. Please see some pictures below.

Hawaiian night!

Dear Community of the Collège du Léman,

This international night has been dedicated to Hawaii. Poke bowls are already recognized all over the world but what few people know is that they come from these islands. We had the opportunity to try them in two different ways; with salmon and with chicken.

It has been a dinner that we have enjoyed very much. Also, our kitchen team has done a great job not only with the food, but also with the preparation, as they have simulated the classic poke bowl packaging. Please see below.

We are back in the routine and with it our weekly international nights. Tonight it was time to try Lebanese food. The chefs have done a great job cooking different typical dishes from this country.
