In case anyone is unaware, every week on Wednesdays, it is International Dinner Evening here at Collège du Léman. For this week’s around-the-world culinary tour, we took a small trip to Sénégal!

We got to experience the delights of their Exotic salad, Chicken Mafé, Banana & chocolate cake and the wonderful Senegalese infusion!

Au cas où vous ne le sauriez pas, chaque semaine, le mercredi, c’est la Soirée internationale du dîner ici au Collège du Léman. Pour le tour du monde culinaire de cette semaine, nous avons fait un petit voyage au Sénégal !

Nous avons pu goûter aux délices de leur salade exotique, du poulet Mafé, du gâteau à la banane et au chocolat et de la merveilleuse infusion sénégalaise !
