One of the greatest events in CDL life is the annual CDL Grand Prix. A great run around the campus where staff and students mix up for some fierce competition, fun… and some running too.

Dear friends of Léman 2.

We are now back from the Winter break. Ski week was a huge success and the 6 students who took part of this great week came back full of funny memories and lots of skiing to talk about.

Since our return we’ve been quite busy. The second marking period is now over and overall we’re pleased that for many of our boys, the GPAs have increased. This is absolutely fantastic and only shows how hard work and dedication can help the students. Well done boys!!!

On the same note, we’re preparing the Parents-Teachers conferences who will take place in mid-march. A great opportunity for teachers and students talk and discuss about performance and plan ahead for the remainder of the year.

In the Boarding House we’re now fully busy preparing the next house competition: the talent show. We’re happy to share with you our photo for the photo contest whose theme was “Joy”. Can you understand why Ivan is so joyful in this photo? 😉

To finish up, we are all looking forward now to the fresh and sunny days of spring… and we forget we’re still in winter. This is how we woke up this morning

The “Summer Performing Arts with Juilliard” at Collège du Léman

Dear all

Welcome back to our Léman 2 house blog.

After a lovely winter break, where all our students went home for a deserved rest, we are now back on track and at full speed.

The first week, where the holidays were still fresh in our memories is now past and we are now fully active with our lives.

We welcomed to Léman 2 our new student, Han, from China. At the same time we said farewell to Ibrahim but for sure he left us full of fond memories of the time spent in this great group.

At CDL the ski season has now started and Léman 2 boys will be heading to the slopes soon. More news to follow.

This weekend there are plans for a cinema trip, snowshoes with huskies and the usual saturday morning activities.

…but, better not to forget about school and exams such as SAT taking place soon.

Much to happen, and we’re only 21 days into the year.
