On Tuesday 26th we had our annual Talent Show followed by our end of marking period award ceremony. Many of our students from the Leman 2 house were nominated but we are proud to report the following students who were acknowledged.

Awards

Boarding Life– students who have always shown positive attitude, community spirit, respect to the rules and others and has always participated and been enthusiastic about boarding

Activity Performance– students who have always shown a positive attitude towards our activities, has always participated and been enthusiastic

David MATVEEV and Vsevolod KANTSAN

Academic Achievement– students who have performed exceptionally well obtaining high GPAs this marking period

We also were very proud of our efforts for the talent show in which we presented the following video. The concept, videoing, acting and editing was a collaboration between the whole house and we are proud of our efforts.

Last week some members of our boarding house went to aqua park in Le Bouveret, it was an incredible trip, some of us try the most thrilling rides there called Booster loop

It is the most thrilling ride in this aqua park, because you starting the ride by staying on the floor, after that the floor falls and you fall down with very high speed.

Our trip started at 12 o’clock. When we arrived to Le Bouveret we realized that the aquapark in amazingly big, and that we will enjoy every ride there. There was a lot of very cool and fast rides, like Chute 2G, it is very similar to a of funnel, number 2 means a G-force which you get on this right, people who go there  enjoy this ride as well as me. I think that everybody enjoyed this trip and got a very high level of adrenaline on some rides. I think that everybody will be happy to go there again in future.

On Sunday our boarding house went bowling in Geneva and I think everyone enjoyed it.  Now some pictures about it.

On the 6 of Fabruary the High School Hockey team will play against each other and the winners will play against teachers team. There are 2 students Teams; A and B. In Team A will be the best players . We wish guys victories . From our house Leman 2 only 3 players will play in this small tournament: Andery Yangol and David Matveev in team B ,and Alexandre Zycev in team A.
